Welcome to Numb Mindz. We provide holistic mental health, capacity building, and specialised "Soul Therapy" supports. In delivering these services, we respect your right to privacy and are deeply committed to protecting the personal and sensitive information you share with us.

To provide you with tailored, high-quality support and accurate numerical profiling, we need to collect specific types of information. This may include:

Personal Identification:

Your full name, date of birth, contact details (phone number, email address, residential address), and emergency contact or legal nominee details.

NDIS Details:

Your NDIS participant number, plan start and end dates, funding management type (Self-Managed, Plan-Managed, or NDIA-Managed), and contact details for your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager.

Sensitive & Health Information:

Details regarding your disability, medical history, mental health, current supports, daily challenges, and personal goals.

Numerical Blueprint Data:

Specific birth data and personal timelines required to generate and analyse your personalised numerical and soul blueprints.

Website & Technical Data:

Information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and information submitted via our online enquiry or booking forms.

2. How We Collect Your Information:

We always aim to collect information directly from you in a fair and non-intrusive manner. 

We collect data when you:

Fill out an enquiry form or booking request on our website. 

Complete an intake form or sign a Service Agreement. Engage with us during consultation, assessment, or therapy sessions.

Communicate with us via email, phone, or text message.

Third-Party Collection:

With your explicit, written consent, we may also collect information from third parties, such as your NDIS Plan Manager, Support Coordinator, medical practitioners, or family members/carers.

3. Why We Collect and Use Your Information:

Numb Mindz collects and uses your information strictly for the following purposes:

To assess your eligibility and compatibility for our capacity-building and therapeutic programs.

To design, deliver, and adjust your personalised "Soul Therapy" and numerical blueprint programs.

To meet our administrative requirements, including NDIS-compliant invoicing, service booking processing, and audit preparation.

To track your progress and write necessary reports for your NDIS Plan Reviews.

To communicate with you regarding updates, appointments, or changes to our services.

4. Disclosure of Your Information (Information Sharing):

Your privacy is paramount, and your information will never be sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

We will only disclose your information to external parties under the following strict conditions:

With Your Express Consent:

We will share progress reports, blueprint summaries, or billing data with the NDIA, your Plan Manager, or your Support Coordinator only if you have given explicit consent to do so in your Service Agreement.

Legal & Safety Obligations (Duty of Care):

We are legally obligated to disclose your information without your consent if we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent a serious, imminent threat to your life, health, or safety, or the public's safety, or if we are legally required to do so by an Australian law court or subpoena.

NDIS Audits:

As part of ensuring high-quality standards, anonymised or specific files may be reviewed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission during official quality audits.

5. Storage and Data Security:

We take the security of your sensitive personal data very seriously.

Digital Records:

All digital files, session notes, and numerical blueprints are stored on secure, password-protected, and encrypted cloud-based systems hosted in Australia.

Access Control:

Access to your records is strictly restricted to authorised personnel on a strict "need-to-know" basis.

Data Retention:

We retain your information for the periods required by Australian law (generally 7 years for standard health records, or as mandated by NDIS record-keeping guidelines). When your data is no longer required, it will be securely destroyed or permanently de-identified.

6. Your Rights: 

Access and Correction

You have full control over your personal information. Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

Access the personal information and numerical files we hold about you.

Request corrections if you believe any information we hold is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading.
